Built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016, this latest TeraVina release delivers on the promise of advanced mobile technology, giving wineries the power to access critical insights from their phones, while automating the complex and often unique processes of individual wineries.
The latest TeraVina release builds on enhancements to the core Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV) solution which include:

Wineries using TeraVina will find enhancements to all aspects of their production supply chain. According to Mike Stallmann, Director of Product & Business Development, “the latest release, designed with the help of our clients, will eliminate last minute scrambles that invariably occur during production by adding a visual production scheduler tied to annual plans”. In addition to keeping the winery on track, the plan can also be used to alert suppliers of the winery’s future orders. Enhancements to document management and workflow allow busy winemakers to photograph invoices or receipts using a phone app and then route it through the AP process in TeraVina. Stallmann expects this release to improve communication in all aspects of the business by providing full access via mobile devices.
Complex payment terms and billing arrangements related to grape purchases or sales are now seamlessly handled in TeraVina as are complex expense allocations required for proper costing of bulk wine.
