In this role, Sassone will be leading a team of project managers, implementers, trainers, and business analysts specializing in TeraVina, Oztera’s wine industry solution built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Sassone has more than 12 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in industries of every type ranging from farming, food and wine to biofuel and high tech. She has been working with local wineries on the TeraVina application since 2014 and is excited by the growth of the company. She looks forward to systematizing existing processes and building a roadmap for an expanding team. Although Sassone holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University, upon graduation, she sought out not public accounting roles, but industry positions where she could be at the hub of the business. Here she was able to gain an understanding of the way businesses work. Over the years, she worked her way up in different accounting positions before uncovering a passion for the technology that fuels the accounting engine. Her depth of transactional knowledge and business insight will serve her well in her new role.
