License Setup

TeraVina apps require a license with Oztera. To get an Oztera license, first contact cs@oztera.com to get the license process started and then you will receive your customer ID from customer service.

Customer License Setup

Once you have your customer ID, use the search box to navigate to the Customer License Info. setup page:

In the Customer License Info. setup you should find all the setup fields defaulted with just the Customer ID missing. All that is required is to add your customer ID  and click OK to close the setup page. However, if you wish to know more about this setup, additional setup field is available below.

Updating the App License Info

Whenever the rolecenter is opened, new license information may be downloaded automatically based on the intervals defined in your Customer License Info. setup. You may also manually download your latest license information. To do so, follow the instructions below.

1. Navigate to the App License Info. page by using the search box and searching for App License Info.

2. To manually download an updated license, select the app and select Get Latest License under the Actions menu.

3. You should see your license Expiration Date (1) and Last Check Date (2) get updated. If the license update fails you should see an error message in the Last Webservice Message (3) field. If this occurs then try again in a few minutes and if the Last Check Date (2) continues to not get updated then contact cs@oztera.com.

Importing a License File

If you are having difficulty with downloading the latest license information, Oztera may provide you with a license file to import.

To import the file:

1. Navigate to the App License Info. page by using the search box and searching for App License Info.

2. Select Actions > Import License File

3. Use the […] to select your file and then click ok to import. You should then see your license information updated on the page.
