Processes can always be improved. They can then be transformed into efficient
software applications, automated in some instances, and then extended to users
outside the organization. The technology for achieving these goals is available
in many forms and on many platforms. We chose to represent Microsoft Navision
because we were impressed by it’s friendly user interface, the functionality out
of the box and the ease at which we could manipulate the software and add custom
functionality.
We have found that many of the standard applications on the market do not
provide well for custom functionality. In fact many of the vendors for these
products make it difficult and costly to customize their software. A majority
recommend against doing so. Oztera believes this close minded approach to
implementations is one of the components that sets successful implementations
apart from the failures. Many businesses have found dominance in markets by
doing things differently, why should they conform to an application that makes
them change that model?
There are some instances where changing processes to fit more standard
approaches makes sense, but a company should have the option to modify the
software in circumstances that warrant such a change. They should also not
have to break the bank in order to do so. Because of the flexibility of
Microsoft Navision and the talent of our staff, our Systems Analysts and
Developers are able to work closely with the implementation team and modify
the software to mold to your business model. We believe it is up to us your
