	Since 1994, PLP (Population Leadership Program), a program of the Public Health Institute, aligned with USAID, has been working to increase relationships and education in countries around the world. Using our iPs platform, Oztera has created an automated system that assists PLP staff in managing events, evaluations, contracts and publications. The state of the art reporting system allows them to acquire and publish worldwide event statistics and manage the relationships with their respective facilities and event coordinators.
	Motiva has used oztera since it's inception to provide services ranging from high level IT decision making to desktop support to developing custom applicatioins to help streamline processes within the organization.  Motiva also uses the oztera iPs platform to help them colaborate and share important information abroad.
	Tracy Embroidery is a supplier/manufacturer of custom embroidered goods for large and small companies throughout California. Oztera was responsible for building a customized catalog that customers could browse, cofigure and order from.
	eStaffing Solutions provides strategic job searches for executive and support-level talent in Human Resources, Administration and Finance. Oztera engineers and designers worked together to create the company logo, web site and marketing strategy for eStaffing Solutions. In addition, they were responsible for creating a database driven interface to eStaffing's candidates and job orders. Our IT group provides design services and 24x7 help desk support for eStaffing employees as well.
	A group of former FBI agents working in the technology sector, the bernes group is a premier provider of security and investigative services for large and small companies. Oztera professionals developed the Bernes Groups web presence to increase client breadth and national attention.
	TechnoStaffing is a Silicon Valley firm that specializes in the placement of technical employees. Oztera built the Technostaffing web site which was a communication point between recruiters, candidates and clients. In addition, our engineers have created automated software tools to assist the recruiting and sales process. Our Technology staff was also responsible for setup and administration of all of thier systems.
	>For the past year, we have been providing executive support to Noah's remote networks. Tasks involve setup of Wireless Local Area Networks, Applications support and help desk troubleshooting and support.
